Administration console
Tabs, service statistics, accounts and maintenance (staff only).
# Tabs
- Links: every link of the service, with their panels.
- Portals: portal templates, including the read-only presets.
- Reports: reports to review and close.
- Statistics (administrators and moderators): clicks, countries, devices, sources, top links, new links and accounts, totals per plan and per role.
- Accounts (administrators): search an account, change its plan or its role.
- Maintenance (administrators): checks and roll-ups.
# Service statistics
Choose a period to see the whole service: total clicks, the daily curve, the most-used links, new links and new accounts, and the number of accounts per plan and per role.
# Journal
The Journal tab lists who created, changed, shared, restored or deleted which link, newest first. Entries are kept 90 days. Only administrators see it. A Gotify message is also sent when one link gets more than 300 clicks in an hour (setting SPIKE_CLICKS_PER_HOUR, 0 turns it off).
# Every account in one place
The administration shows the links, QR designs and portal templates of all accounts, each with the e-mail of its owner. For privacy it does not show the private notes of other accounts, nor the content of their saved QR codes for a content.
# Handling reports
Open a report, look at the link, then close it or dismiss the report. Closing takes effect within a minute.
# The first administrator
An address listed in the ADMIN_EMAILS setting of the deployment becomes administrator when it signs in. The administration key also gives full access, for scripts.
